ARAC Analytic Attention
An ARAC review-priority signal across every contemporary entity, never a provider score, forecast, fragility rating, or recommendation for intervention.
ARAC Analytic Attention is a review priority, not a provider category, forecast, or recommendation. It is not a probability of conflict, collapse, or intervention need, and it is a separate concept from cross-source convergence.
How calculated
Computed by the same engine the country page uses (`analyticAttention`, `crossSourceTrend`), run once per entity. A source family counts as adverse on an adverse level (the worst N percent of the valid source-year distribution) or an adverse trend (the worst N percent of comparable changes, when a comparison population has loaded). The count of adverse families out of three sets the level, in ascending order: Watch (one), Elevated Attention (two), High Attention (three).
Evidence coverage, cross-source interpretation, and attention are reported as three separate columns and must never be read as one combined score.
