ARAC Analytic Attention
Scheduled for Phase 3. Not implemented in this build.
This route exists so navigation, shared filter state, and the canonical country route are testable now. The analytical content below is specified and awaiting its audit gate.
- Attention levels, an ARAC review priority: Watch, Elevated Attention, High Attention
- Reported separately from cross-source interpretation: single-source signal, cross-source corroboration, cross-source convergence, divergence, or mixed and indeterminate
- Convergence is an evidentiary relationship and attention is a review priority. They never share labels, and an attention level is never a count of agreeing sources
- Transparent, configurable percentile and trend thresholds at 10, 20, or 25 percent sensitivity
- Every finding carries an Analytic Trace showing each gate, the source years, the raw movement, and the rules applied
- Data-quality cautions reduce confidence and never strengthen an attention level
- Language is limited to warranting closer analyst review; never intervention required
